For me, it first appeared in a cement plant—where decades-old machines were still running strong, but ordering spare parts was a nightmare. What should have been routine often turned into costly downtime, or worse, warehouses filled with overstocked spares gathering dust.
Over my two decades in engineering services, I saw the same thing repeatedly: whether in mining, power, transportation, or manufacturing, aftermarket inefficiencies quietly erode performance, profitability, and trust.
For my co-founder Vimal, the story began with running. As a long-distance runner who has completed dozens of half and full marathons, he learned that resilience, discipline, and pacing for the long haul are what deliver results.
He carried that mindset into brick-and-mortar industries, though wearing a techie hat, where he saw manufacturers struggle with sluggish processes, poor visibility, and the inability to quickly unlock value from existing assets. To him, the aftermarket wasn’t just a service—it was the heartbeat of operational resilience, and it needed transformation.
Two different journeys, but one shared realization: the aftermarket had been left behind in the digital revolution.
While purchasing, communications, and engineering had embraced technology, spare parts identification and ordering were still stuck in thick catalogs and "tribal knowledge" known only to a few experts. That gap became our calling. Together, we've spent years reimagining how engineering collaterals—drawings, CAD models, and technical documents—can be transformed into interactive digital twins and intuitive business tools.
We've focused not only on technology, but also on building robust processes and managing intellectual property, ensuring that what we create is scalable, secure, and future-ready.
